PROGRAMME
The summer school was structured as follows.
Main lectures: They dealt with a specific issue related to the general theme. Reading materials were provided before the summer school starts. Participants were engaged in an open exchange of questions and comments with the lecturer.
Workshops: Participants presented their research projects, which were the object of discussion in the group and were supervised by at least one of the lecturers. Projects were grouped in thematic sessions, each concerning a specific issue.
Poster sessions: A call for posters gave participants the opportunity to present further research data.
